Okay, there have been a lot of people asking about D&D styled roleplays become available. The biggest opposition I had to such a thing was that players could lie about whatever they rolled, or the GM could if the GM rolled everything.
To that end, I have installed a dice plugin on the board. This will allow players to roll their own die, and it will be done by the board itself.
the syntax(all commands must be in brackets like with BBcode) is simple
roll is the basic command, it rolls a single die with possible outcomes 1-6
you can also use NdS+F format, where N is the number of die being rolled, S is the number of sides, and F is the offset. This must be done in roll='NdS+F' format, as it is a command modifier.
For example, using roll='3d20+1' I get
kxf13Nq1'3d20+1'
as a result'3d20+1'

So... in my case (let me just try and wrap my head around this), I need two six-sided die. Therefore, I will have to use this: 2d6+1 Though I'm not sure about the offset. What is it anyways?

The offset is the skill or debuff modifiers, like if you attack and your strength gives you +5 damage then you can roll
roll='2d6+5'
But if you're debuffed that reduces your attack damage -4 and you have no strength + then you get
roll='2d6-4'
All in [] though, to make them BBcode commands.

Okay, the general form if you wanna roll a dice using the board is 'roll=1-20' replacing the ' with brackets For special rolls, it requires command modifiers on the roll command {roll='3d20+1'} Ends up doing TeWtjxTG'3d20+1'If you replace the {} with regular brackets. '3d20+1'
