NOTE!
This is the accumulative canon regarding the Magic of Mansion. This will cover all of the Schools, Domains, and Lists. If there is something specific about a Domain or List your god or gods rule over then message me regarding such. This is only the barest look into it, because of questions being raised. Given time I may flesh this out, but for now it is relatively bare-bones.
[li]Domains: The second highest grouping, these are what most Gods and god-beings 'rule' over. It is within this tier of magic that most assign great magic. Do note that a large domain is not an inherently powerful domain, and some allow for faster growth of power than others. It is also to be noted that some domains, as they come into existence, may take from multiple Schools.[/li]
[li]Lists: The lowest of the 'tiering', but by no means the lowest classing of magic. This tier is left to demi-gods and potent magic users if they aren't claimed by a god. Leaders of these are quite often changed, as a being with a greater proclivity towards a List may appear and take control.[/li]

While within these Schools, there are users with greater strength and an inherent ability towards Magic. These are known as Primal Magic users, pure magic that is not contained by Order as most magic is. Such users are capable of outclassing others within the domains they seek to learn by leaps and bounds simply because their spells do not conflict with the Chaos naturally present within Magic. The progression of strength between magicians and 'Primal Weavers' as they are called is at least an entire class in terms of power and, if properly trained, capable of defending themselves against some Gods.
Outside of all of this is Old Magic, and the Old Tongue. Usually reserved to the Embodiments and Old Magi, the Old Tongue is the verbal manifestation of Magic itself. While such a thing may draw looks of want, such strength does not come without immense dangers. The Untrained are subject to immense pain, if not outright loss of hearing, in the presence of the Old Tongue and learning the words are capable of destroying the minds of even gods. To hope to learn it requires a lifetime of preparation, meditation, practice, and immense willpower in order to not lose your mind to the insanity that opening it up to Discordant Chaos and Absolute Order causes.

- Schools: The absolute highest grouping of magic, each of the Schools are led by an Embodiment that 'watch' over the Domains and Lists of their School. This is the general grouping as seen by the classing of the spells that fall under certain Domains and Lists.
- Creation: The most powerful of the schools, as it is technically without any limit regarding capability. It is also the hardest to progress in, as most of its magic is purely within this school. This makes it dangerous to enter, and effectively impossible to master. Although technically being without a limit, mastery is impossible to attain.
- Wrath: The third most powerful of the Schools, the magic that falls under this School draws heavily from powerful emotions. To that effect, it is quite simple to cast exceedingly powerful spells. The spells that fall directly under this School tend to leave the caster physically drained.
- Void: Arguably as powerful as Creation, it is usually listed as the second most powerful simply because of the fact that none of its spells are inherent offensive in nature. The spells are relatively simple to cast, and exceedingly difficult to master. Someone with even a Journeyman skill in this School would be capable of standing against an attack from a 'Master' of Wrath.
- Envy: Not technically listed in the power scaling of the Schools, due to the Domain of Copy, this school is mostly filled with magic stealing spells. Were it to receive an agreed listing, it would easily tie for third with Wrath simply because of the capabilities of its users to gain immense amounts of power.
- Lust: A weaker School, but not to be discounted. Proper application of the spells within this School is capable of granting mages control over Journeyman and even Masters of other schools.
- Pride: A relatively small and weak school, most spells are self-targeted towards enhancing attributes. Any skill or strength augmenting magic falls under this school.

- Copy: The greater Domain in the School of Envy, it is capable of insane amounts of power for its users. Although it cannot exceed the ability of the user, most spells draw from Pride as well to enhance capabilities.
- Knowledge: A domain within the School of Envy and Lust, it is responsible for maintaining 'facts' of existence. This is a very potent domain, even without a large amount of power. The proper application of Knowledge is capable of overcoming large amounts of power, although you cannot stop an avalanche with a snowball.
- Thoughts: Falling under Creation, Lust, and Envy with parts drawn from Pride, this Domain is responsible for mental manipulation magics. A powerful user is an immense threat, as even the most basic of users are capable of changing the wills of those around them.
- Life: A part of Creation and Lust, it is a massive domain encompassing plants, beasts, growth, decay, and even death. This is one of the few Domains that may have multiple 'Masters' looking over it. Usually two, as Death is an independent being whose power simply falls under this Domain.
- Time: Technically a Domain falling under Creation and Void, this is one of the few where its users are capable of easily overpowering even master grade users of other Domains and Schools at novice levels. The manipulation of time is a fickle thing, quite often left only to the Goddess that rules over it. A single mistake using spells of this school is capable of annihilating users, if not large areas around them.

- Soul Magic: A twofold magic that exists outside of modern knowledge, it belongs in its entirety to Demons and is only truly usable by them. At its core, it is a powerful augmenting magic capable of enhancing spells a thousandfold. But at the same time, it burns away the soul of the caster faster even than using Wrath. Thus, when used by those with souls, quickly make them into demons. It's primary use in history was the construction of Souls, hence the name for the magics, and its inherent capabilities to so closely manipulate them.
