"Three cheers for Clarabelle and Paladin." I call out while people cheer for the happy couple, causing the cow to have her entire face beat red. "I'm not trying to ruin your time someone would have actually called that out." I tell him honestly. "Did...did you really need to pick me up?" Clarabelle asks. "I'm....I'm not heavy am I?"

"Nah, not at all." Paladin said, smiling a little. "And I didn't need to pick you up, either. Just though I'd treat you a little special." He said, carrying Clarabelle out of the building. When the doors closed, he set her down onto her hooves, grabbing her hand again. "So, whaddya wanna do?"

"Well....how about we just keep talking alright?" Clarabelle asks. "I mean...it would be a little more weird if we just decided to continue like this when we don't know anything about each other." She says while fixing her bangs a little nervously.

Paladin nodded, starting to walk with the girl. "Well, I kinda run a really big business. Sort of a medicinal business. Sleep medicine and such." Paladin replied, not wanting to throw out his God-hood at the girl. (Better not be thinking anything dirty from that.)

(I don't see anything dirty about that. o_0''. And I'm honest here.) "Really?" Clarabelle asks. "Didn't think you were a big city folk....but you do have a little 'look' about ya sugar." She says before putting a hand to her mouth. "Sorry, it slips out sometimes." The cow girl says sheepishly, wanting to talk normally and not have a southern drawl that some might find...bad.

(I meant the "God-hood" part.) "Don't worry, be as southern as you want." Paladin said, smiling a little. "I don't really mind. And, yeah, big city kinda guy. Though I do prefer the country side, most times."

(She meant you had a little look of a city person. Not a god) "The country side is nice and calm, but it's also quite and lonely sometimes. While the city is always noisy and company like...while it's nice sometimes it's a pain as well as a very crazy thing." She shrugs. "But...thanks partner....most people don' like when Ah talk like Ah should." She sighs out. "But...glad your with me now." (Oh god I feel terrible for butchering southern text)

"I understand." Paladin said, walking down the side of the road with Clarabelle. He moved his hand around her waist, keeping her close to him.

The cow girl pulled him closer to her, being almost twice his size (believe me she is big, and not just in private areas) and kept him close. "Sure you want to date someone that's...bigger than you?" She asks honestly, noting that she was about three inches taller than him and plenty bigger looking even if she was a girl.

"I don't mind." Paladin chuckled, rubbing Clarabelle's back a little.

"Alright." She smiles. "But what brings you out here? Was it because of little ol' me?" She asks with a warm smile.

"Maybe." Paladin winked to the girl, "I needed to get out of my house, so to speak, and walk around. Kinda teleported here, near The Wondertorium, and thought, 'Eh, I could use a drink.'"

"Alright...and who was that one guy back there?" She asks honestly, wondering who I was.

"More than likely my brother." Paladin said. "Don't worry, though." He kept walking, thinking to himself for a few minutes. "So... wanna grab a bite to eat?"

|

"Sure." Clarabelle says with a nod. "And you have a brother? I also have a brother...and a sister but that's besides the point. Where do you want to go to eat?"

"How about a sandwich shop?" Paladin asked, seeing a sandwich shop nearby. "Unless you wanna head back to your place and eat something."

"I don't think my folks would like that...just up and showin ma and pa that I got a date would be...very sudden." She says sheepishly. "But let's get on to a shop alright?"

"Alright," Paladin smiled, taking Clarabelle to a sandwich shop. When they got there, he ordered himself a salami sandwich and Clarabelle a salad sandwich, knowing she'd be vegetarian, for obvious reasons. "So, wanna keep talking about each other?" He asked, as the two awaited their meals.

"Sure." She says with a nod. "I would really like to know more about you. Being a simple country girl and all."

"Hmm..." Paladin said, trying to think of something. "Well, I once had a giant monster ranch. Gave it to my brother, though, since I couldn't keep up with the monsters I had. I just own a zoo, now. Much more organized for me. It's like, I can run the monster zoo but not the monster ranch. They're practically the same thing, but... complicated. What about you? Tell me something interesting about you."

"That's weird..." She frowns a bit. "But I just help out with the animals and crops, nothing special." She shrugs.

"Eh, everything is weird, when you think about it." Paladin said. "But you, my dear, look like you've got ten thousand things about yourself that you've never known. I could help, but only with small scale things." He smiled to her, thinking about certain ideas. When they got their food, Paladin asked, "Good first date, so far?"

"Wait....this is a date?" She blushes brightly at that. "But...what are the things that are about me?" She asks, trying not to moo in embarrassment at how much flirting and praise she's getting.

Paladin shrugged, thinking to himself for a few minutes. "Well, that's what we could figure out." He said. "Like... I dunno. Well, something not really table conversation appropriate."

"M-moo..." She moos silently to herself with just that thought. "Can we not? It's our first date and all..."

"Oh, fine." Paladin chuckled, seeing the cow girl go bright red. He ate his sandwich, humming to himself every so often. "How about our next date, then, we hang out at my place?"

"Um...sure why not." She shrugs, eating her own sandwich.

Paladin ate his meal, finishing it up rather soon. "So, would you like to go to a park and rest, the rest of the date, or...?" he asked.

"I was thinking you had an idea." Paladin said, kind of knowing she had her own ideas but was afraid to speak them.
