Thin Slice ran towards the other guards, grabbing his sword. "Guys, he's an ambassador! If the Princess finds out, she'll-" He got the butt end of one of the other guards' sword jabbed at his face, quicker than he anticipated. Stumbling back, Slice fell down the steps toward the other cell and landed in front of Mal'ka's, keys to her cell on his waist.

"Apologies, sir. Could you please get us down to the field, we'll have a lot of explaining to do." Dian said, really hoping that the Prophet wasn't as psychopathic as the Orokin, seeing that he had been led to believe that the Orokin went mad from their longevity and, even after reading through the arcane data logs, still believed that they were insane. "Buddy? Buddy, get up." Mal'Ka said in a hushed shout, reaching out to the guard and managing to grab him by his pants. She pulled him closer to the cell and tried to wake the poor guy up but he was out cold. "Darn, well, time to get out of here, I guess." She mumbled to herself, taking the key ring off and unlocking the door, before locking it again and dragging the guard behind her. She propped Slice up against the wall in a dark corner of the dungeon, letting him sleep off his headache and possible concussion but not before giving the guy one of her mini-medkits for when he got back up, the universal healing extract should help with his splitting headache. Mal kept low and crawled about the dungeon, stalking the two guards who had arrested the Irken. She didn't have her weapons but she did have her wits. Picking up a small, wet pebble, she shadowed the two guards.

Schlor coughed op one of his organs, grabbing it and stuffing it back into his body. "Please... sirs, I didn't steal anything!" "Shut your mouth, alien. We don't like scum coming into our cities spoutin' lies about peace. Griffons did that, once, ended up trying to go to war." One of the guards punched Schlor dead in the eye, ripping out his cybernetic eye.

"Maybe you'd like for us to actually leave first, unless you want to go back to the planet you just came from." Prophet said, lowering his rifle. "You can get them down yourself, I'll just put a lethal round through their fucking skulls if they continue." He said, turning back to the glass as a large holo-map appeared. Thousands of dots were scattered across a massive map of multiple galaxies. It zoomed in on a specific area, a very large dot surrounding an odd symbol that was flashing. The image through the glass changed, a large white line growing before they suddenly found the view had changed to looking at a massive number of Grineer and Corpus ships surrounded by an exceedingly large number of ships matching the ones they had passed when their ships were being flown. The only difference was a massive ship that was almost three times the size of a Grineer Fomorian.

Dian sighed, helping Kar'Vek and Noctis down from the wall, healing the two of them. "Stay quiet." Dian said bluntly, the healing energy sealing flesh and skin before covering the armour of the other two Tennos' Warframes. Kar growled softly, occasionally glaring at Noctis before flat out ignoring the Volt along with using Dian as a sort of person partition between him and Noctis. Clem just kept to the sidelines, avoiding the Prophet at all costs. (Get us there and lets play the slightly more optimistic game. Slightly.)

"One chance to convince them." Oracle said. "That's all I can promise you, one chance. If you fail to do so, what comes next...If you've ever seen an apex predator hunt down prey, you know how one-sided such a fight is. That'll be like two kittens playing." She said, turning to look at them. "Take your ships, they've been told that if they open fire they'll be annihilated before their munitions reach us." Prophet said. A white circle surrounded the Tenno and Clem, blinding them as they found themselves on their ships again. Their ships were also in open space, between the flotilla of Aetherian ships and the remaining Grineer and Corpus fleets.

Kar'Vek and Clem remained silent as they headed for the current formation of ships and clusters of relays which formed a bit of a floating city above Phobos, one of the two most contested planets and, ironically, the same one that sparked one of the more violent conflicts in recent history. Each relay had black and white pseudo-Grineer ships orbiting around, piloted by Steel Meridian soldiers to prevent any further fighting considering that most of the heads of each faction had gathered once more above this rock. The Lisets were still somehow able to dock in the partly converted station: Some of the operatives seemed relieved upon seeing the first few Lisets land here in a short while. "Tenno! Oh thank the gods you're here, the-" One operative began but was shushed by Dian. "We know. Where are the leaders of the syndicates? Furthermore, where are the Grineer and Corpus on this relay?" Dian said, hearing Clem's Kubrow growl softly upon smelling Corpus and Grineer. "T-They're in mission control, all of them. I'll lead you there." The operative offered, lowering his Braton and jogging ahead. Kar'Vek, Dian and Clem plus Kubrow followed quickly, wanting to get some closure to this before it gets worse.
Miss Meridian glared at the CEO from across the meeting table, her mechanical eye unblinking as she silently blamed the greedy Corpus reject for causing this bullshit. Beside here was a Red Veil Soldier, the jumpsuit wearing anarchist twirling the Heat Dagger about in his hand as he watched the Arbiter across the table with masked scorn. A Cephalon floated in the middle of the table, minding its own business, though occasionally beeping at a kindly lady, Miss Loka. At the long ends of the table were two of the highest ranking officers in each main faction, General Sargus Ruk had managed to squeeze into one of the office chairs that were available, though his legs remained planted on the ground to keep seated. Opposite him was a grinning Alad V, the man who was still itching to plot against him even after so long. An enhanced Corpus sniper stood beside Alad, a certain Sergeant in the ranks, for protection while Ruk had his Lieutenant and war hero, Lech Krill, standing guard beside him. The room was tense, with near silence since the threat of utter annihilation hung above all of them. Finally, Meridian spoke. "So what's your diplomacy plan, Executive? Any fancy bargaining tips to get those guys off our backs?" She asked, nodding out the window. A Tenno standing guard sighed as he predicted the squabbling that would happen. Oh for the love of the Lotus will someone come in and shut them up? He thought as the door to the room opened.

A feminine mech walked through the door, just ahead of the Tenno that had arrived. She walked over to one of the walls, standing there silently as she watched the various leaders bickering. Noctis walked in, a slight limp in his leg with all the damage that had been done to it so recently. He grabbed one of the chairs, dragging it over to a wall before sitting down.

"I never said anything about us not working together, miss, now please, we have a guest." The CEO said, his voice practically dripping with smugness. Miss Meridian growled, her hand reaching for her holster to blow that stupid smirk off the CEO's face but she resisted. Sargus Ruk stood up and aimed his arm cannon at the guest, in a not-so-hospitable greeting. "What business do you have here, foul scum?" Ruk demanded, recognizing the design of the mech to be a similar one to the ships that cut his men down when he had tried to save his platoons. "Does the Councillor think that he can spite me by sending you?" He added, his Lieutenant toying with the grip of his warhammer as the two Grineer eyed the mecha. At this point, even the Red Veil Soldier was poised to toss his Heat Dagger at the mech and preparing to draw his Viper machine pistol. Every single syndicate member was readied to strike the mech, all of them recognising her as part of the destructive fleet that had murdered countless of their own, with the exception of Suda and Alad, the two being less interested in loss. Sergeant Nef Anyo cocked his Lanka but didn't aim it. "She-devil..." He muttered, changing the round in the chamber for something a little more deadly. The normally calm CEO had his self-defense Proton, a four-shot plasma derringer, ready to draw. Even Miss Loka had a Furis machine pistol in her hand, aimed at the foreign, impure being. "You tore my people apart, monster!" The normally gentle Loka wailed, though the singular Tenno guard just sighed and stood still. This was normal for the past few days: Meetings eventually ended with guns drawn and an interruption, followed by death glares and silent blamings. Now that the actual cause of the 'apocalypse' was here, all the blame collectively shifted onto the Aetherian mech lady. Kar'Vek and Dian quickly dodged off to the side with Noctis, avoiding the angry sights of the leaders in the group. We're fucked now, I suppose. Kar'Vek sighed through his comms.

"I am simply here to relay the on-goings to my superiors." She said. "Although I can get a Hades or Ares if you wish to fight." "Enough fighting." Noctis said, putting his hand against the side of his helmet. "That's all that has been accomplished, more fighting. More war. A never ending cycle of hatred and death pushed on to by all of you."

Ruk growled and stood up, walking around the table and aiming his arm cannon at the mech, "Tell the Councillor that he has been labeled a traitor to the Grineer cause. Tell him before I crush the treasonous head off that flying traitor." Ruk roared before walking back to his seat, knowing that his weapon had been disabled so that he could actually sit down without accidentally flying out of the ship from accidental discharge. The syndicate members had holstered their weapons to cover their ears when Ruk began yelling, with the exception of Anyo, since the guy had built in ear plugs. "And what of us, Noctis? We kept it going anyways. So much for balance." Kar'Vek spat, growling before being shut up by Dian. Mal'Ka dragged off the two unconscious guards into the shadows before carrying the alien over her shoulder, having found her pistols in one of the evidence rooms, the whole affair being a little easier than expected. She snuck up behind one of the unaware guard, placing the barrel of her gun in his back, "Hands up, one wrong move and you're dead." Mal warned, her other hand holding on to the silent alien. "Get on the floor and don't make a sound."

The guard shivered, getting onto te ground carefully. Schlor wheezed, feeling absolute pain in his body, his head aching the most. Maybe my Pak will heal me... He thought, realizing his Pak was dead and needed to be recharged. However, the charging station was in his ship... when it was on fire.

"I do not know who this 'Councillor' that you speak of is, but I assure you you will have much more trouble killing my superior than anything you've ever met before." The mech replied, chuckling. "But if you wish to threaten me with a defunct weapon, ensure that your enemy does not already a knife at your throat." She said, the sound of metal sizzling before Ruk's weapon fell from his body. Where it had been attached was cleanly melted through, the surface sizzling with a fluid that boiled away quickly. "Could we actually get somewhere with this 'peace' talk. Because in all honesty, I doubt we'll get to leave here if you don't." Noctis said.

Ruk glowered at the mech before realizing that he was off balance and fell off his chair, Lech Krill helping his General up and getting one of the grunts to help weld the gun back together, prompting the vent system to begin venting the gas out of the room. "Don't play dumb with me. Vay Hek will be punished for his treason." Ruk growled, glaring at the mech with his sole solid eye. Nef Anyo kept his front facing the womanly mech, his rifle held in a tense defensive pose. Pretty much every single syndicate leader had somewhat calmed down, with Miss Loka putting her machine pistol away and the Veil Soldier relaxing a little, still toying with his dagger. "With that outburst aside, no, Miss Meridian, I do not have 'tricks up my sleeves' as you would call it." The CEO spoke, almost as if the meeting was uninterrupted. Kar'Vek had gotten up and grabbed a chair to sit behind the Grineer defector, keeping himself between her and the two Grineer officers. She momentarily glanced at the Rhino but let him sit there, the appearance of the mech was bad enough anyways. Mal'Ka screwed a tube suppressor onto one of her Regulator pistols and blew out one of the locked doors, catching the stray metal shrapnel with a hand. "Good, we're almost out of here." She whispered to herself, picking the alien back up and heading out, still keeping low in the setting sun's light as she passed through the courtyard and out into the city, somehow managing to bypass a whole ton of security. The first thing she did when the two were in a safe spot near the outskirts of the city was to prepare one of her universal medikits, the things that helped Tenno revive fallen allies or even just captives they had to rescue. "Hold still, alright? This may sting a little." Mal said as her palm glowed with a calming green, several glowing puffs of the biochemical medication flowing onto the alien.

"Vay Hek...by similar data in your systems, I would assume it is this being?" She asked, a hologram projecting from her eyes of one 'Vay Hek' being held by two sets of chains running through his body and around his neck. A blade appeared in the hologram, the edge glowing before plunging into Hek's body. No sound came through, but he was writhing in pain and his mouth was open in a voiceless scream. "As I said, I am here to relay the on-goings to my superiors. My superiors." She said, the hologram cutting out as another blade plunged down through Vay Hek's torso. "Ladies and Gentlemen, you're standing on the precipice of extinction." Noctis said. "Not by any internal force, but by a force capable of eradicating you like you would a bug. One that doesn't care for innocents or excessive casualties, so long as you all are dead by the end of it. And damned be the survivors if they need help."

At the point, Meridian, the CEO, Loka and even one of the Tenno guards turned on Noctis and his small team. "Traitor!" The Rhino Prime standing guard yelled, speaking for the first time in a long while, aiming his Boltor Prime at Noctis. Miss Meridian unholstered her Vayklor Marelok and aimed the lever-action hand cannon at the Volt. "Damned be the survivors? I should have known you Tenno are all the same." Meridian growled as even the CEO, who had been relatively calm this whole time, pointed his pistol at Kar'Vek. "You broke the markets and are willing to break our truce? So be it." The CEO said, frowning at Kar'Vek. Loka had her Furis armed and ready, pointing it at Noctis, Kar'Vek just sat still, keeping his hands out and visible. Miss Loka seemed to shake a little as she kept her pistol aimed at the Volt, having seen this particular Tenno a few times before, not that he was a follower but she was saddened by his statement about killing off the survivors. At least that's what she heard from this. "Why would you leave us to die?" Loka asked, her voice quavering. Despite the threat of being shot, Kar'Vek sighed. Dian growled slightly, "And this is why you should have let me do the talking..." He mumbled to Noctis.

"Yes, you do the talking. Silence speaks plenty." Noctis said. "If you would put your minds back into motion and think beyond the fact a Tenno spoke, we would suffer as much as anyone else left. We are a part of that group that would be damned. We could very well starve, and the Tenno that have not been found would die with eons passing. Buried in their cryopods turned tombs. Countless brothers and sisters, left to die because of the lack of capability to find them. Think beyond yourselves for just one moment, and realize that we will all be punished for such stupidity as you continue to aggregate this war. The Tenno that will go to protect the civilians? They will be massacred with ease, their corpses crushed beneath the boots of the forces I have seen." "You will all find the insides of your weapons quite defunct, pulling your triggers will end up with nothing but you blowing off your own hands." The mech said. "This will be your only and final chance to find a peace among yourselves, before one is made by the actions of my superiors."

Meridian glowered at the mech, begrudgingly putting her weapon away. "So you, Tenno, want this race to kill us all? Hmmph, so much for honour." She said, glaring at Noctis. Kar'Vek remained quiet, seeing the CEO lower his derringer and check it for malfunctions before holstering it. "And you, you're not going anywhere until we're done here." She added, pushing Kar back into the chair with a finger, recognizing the Rhino as one of her trusted soldiers. He nodded quickly and she sat back down, seeing the CEO calm down as well though they all still hated the Volt and the foreign mech. Ruk seemed to the only other one smiling at this situation. "Rrahshuld, the Queens will be pleased at this execution of the traitor." Ruk said, a grim smile on his face despite his own imminent doom. Miss Loka had calmed down enough to sit down and bury her head in her hands on the table, while the Red Veil Soldier seemed to not care too much, a disturbing amount of apathy even from the edgy bastard. "The fire is finally consuming the corrupted. Time to rise once more." The Veil soldier muttered under his breath, smiling beneath his mask. The other syndicate leaders had holstered their weapons and had sat down to talk. "I suggest we adjourn this meeting. After all, the fire has already begun burning." The soldier added, making Meridian turn to him. "You forgot our deal, Red?" She asked, her cybernetic eye turning red as she glared at the soldier and he quickly shut up. "Good. Now, with this in mind, we're gonna need all the help we can get to not die out here. That includes you, Tenno." She adds, looking over to Noctis. "I don't usually agree with you, but I'd second that." The CEO said with a small smile despite their earlier, almost violent, conflicts.

"All the help? Do you honestly believe you can fight against these things?" Noctis said. "I'm going to die, either at the hands of a tribunal for my actions, or on the field fighting to defend the innocents. But my mistake is already cast into stone, my fate guaranteed even if the path is not quite set. So I'll warn you: Throw aside whatever hatred you hold towards one another, any petty squabbles between you, and find some kind of a peace. If you don't, consider your lives forfeit. There will be no stopping the coming storm, and it will wash all of you away." He said, standing up and throwing aside his chair. "There will be no hidden temple to retreat to and wait it out, no cloning facility in some back-water jungle you can begin from once the ashes have settled. They will hunt you down to the man, and grind your bones into the dirt beneath their boots. Not even us Tenno will be spared if it comes to that, because many of us will try to help you. And they will only end up as another number for the casualty count." "How...inspiring. Admittedly it should inspire fear, but inspiring nonetheless." The mech said, clapping her metal hands.

Meridian shot Noctis a dirty look, "Really? So it's gonna be eradicate everything in the system no matter how things go down? Duly noted then." She spat, glowering at the guy. "I think she meant for peace, Noctis. Somehow you continue to anger them..." Dian sighed, seeing Ruk pop a few joints in his neck. Alad just remained sitting there, a small smirk. "Very well, people, we have an agreement then. I'll be leaving for... profits, yes." Alad said, the cunning smirk not once leaving his face as he stood up and was escorted out by Nef Anyo and the one Rhino who called out Noctis on being a traitor, keeping his Lex Prime in its holster.

"I don't think I heard about any consensus that there will be peace." The mech said, glancing at the back of her hand as three horrifying screams echoed back into the room. "Pity, although perhaps the rest of you will figure it out. There will be no one leaving this room until you have either all agreed to some kind of peace amongst yourselves or you cannot come to any remote consensus. Attempts to do so will be met with liquification, regardless of whatever 'armor' or protections you believe you have." "Death and destruction will rain down." Noctis said, falling to his knees. "The sky is aflame. The alarms are blaring, warning us to get out. To try and escape. It goes quiet, before it gets loud again. A thousand voices, a million. Each one screaming but they all sound the same. Run, run away. The sky burns, and it comes to destroy us all." He said, before falling to his side.

"Peace? With you killing more and more civvies? Sure thing then, bitch." Meridian said bluntly, flipping the mech off. For the past fourteen hours, her squads of both Tenno and volunteers had been cut down while trying to escort the civilians out of warzones and now she and her fellow syndicates were being essentially held hostage by some race with an ego larger than whatever powers they already claimed to have. "You want peace? Then get the fuck out of this system. We didn't need the killings of the colonies, hell, even the destruction of Deimos was uncalled for, and now you essentially put everyone here in a hostage situation until your fucking egotistical ass decides when it gets what it wants before killing us anyways. Fuck you!" The defector rambled, yelling at the mech after standing up from her seat, already pissed off enough by the audacity of said mech. "That's enough, Tal Kya. Sit down." Ruk spoke, dumbfounding Miss Meridian as he addressed her by her real name. The woman obliged, sitting back down in stunned silence. Kar'Vek remained still, though, not wanting to get a face full of fist from the self-proclaimed general. Dian, meanwhile, decided to begrudgingly heal Noctis, though a nagging sense in the back of his head told him that there would be no point since the Volt would probably martyr himself or something along those lines.

"Actually, the deaths you attribute to us were not done by our weapons." The mech said. "A majority of the data streams gathered actually points to wild-firings of excessively sized munitions from the Corpus and Grineer in the hopes of destroying our forces, the blast radius of said weapons being the cause of the deaths of civilians and your allies. We did not open fire on anyone other than identified Corpus and Grineer targets that did not first open fire on us. Deimos was caused by the mis-firing of a Grineer Fomorian weapon after a hit to critical components by one of our ships. Were we to begin eradicating civilians willy-nilly, you would receive no reports of any deaths. You would not receive any reports at all on any channels, only silence." "I can hear her Dian." Noctis whispered. "I can hear Serri. She's singing, along with so many others. Their voices are beautiful. Peaceful."

Ruk sighed, looking at his defector, "Nothing but lies. My troops are marksmen with honour, not mercenaries fighting for treasure." He said, getting a curious look from both Miss Meridian and the Red Veil soldier. "Explains the death toll of zero from bullets then." The Red Veil soldier said snarkily before being clocked over the head by Meridian, the latter not wanting another gunfight in the same room. Besides, if she were to question the mech, there was a high chance of them all dying in one fell swoop because the same race that would try to cover up the destruction of a planet as the fault of an enemy could very easily fault them for committing suicide. The other syndicate members seemed to dismiss the mech's statement, considering that each one of them ended up taking sides with factions that used to be foes and tried to get out before dying because of the massive firestorm outside. Then again, those were simply measured by the amount of people and Tenno who never returned. Dian, on the other hand, ignored Noctis, deciding that the Volt was no longer worth their help, having led armageddon straight to the Origin system in the form of the Aetherians. "Yeah, go meet her then, traitor." Dian sighed, walking away and taking a seat at the one chair that would have been taken by the Arbiters of Hexis. "I shall represent the Arbiters, for I have been serving with them for the past four years prior to the invasion. I declare that we follow Miss Meridian's plan and band together to keep the system from falling apart in the chaos that the coming 'peace' will provide." He said, before looking at Ruk, "That has severe implications, I think you know." Ruk nodded, though he seemed less angry at this point, almost glad. Alad V, the Grustrag Traitors and even Vay Hek were dead. Captain Vor was still rumored by his men to appear as a kind of diversion that helped them escape the devastation and perhaps maybe, just maybe, the giant orange cyborg had a change of heart for the Tenno that he once fought against. He had let them help their cause to flush Alad out, why not help them to be helped once more? "It doesn't matter anymore, Tenno. The time for war has met a ceasefire. I know my men would agree." Somewhere in the Relay's concourse, a platoon of Ruk's finest soldiers saluted by mere coincidence. "Then I suppose we have agreements from four parties, excluding one which was completely cut off because of a certain someone. Anyone veto?" Dian added, looking at the table. Suda looked up from her data and gave an affirmitave, having scanned through the script of the whole meeting and deciding that peace would lead to a few more interesting studies, though her experiments would have to be grudgingly halted until further notice. Miss Loka had stopped sobbing and agreed with the peace treaty, considering that almost all her soldiers and close comrades were killed in the wake of armageddon.

"Good, then a peace has been established." The mech said. "The nano-bots will disassemble themselves and get flushed out of your systems within three days. The chemical components stored inside of them will become de-activated before such an incident, so you don't need to worry about suddenly liquifying. Our job is done, the favor repaid. Don't contact us again." She said, disappearing in a blinding flash of white. Noctis stood up, as dozens of flashes of light from outside became apparent. The entire fleet of Aetherian ships was gone, disappeared in the blink of an eye. "She speaks to me, wants me to spread the voice." Noctis said, his voice shifting as his armor seemed to bubble out. "Join us in our heavenly choir. Your voices will sound beautiful." He said, blackened spikes slowly protruding from his armor. The sound of flesh tearing and bones breaking was audible to all present. "Sing with us." He said, his voice carrying a much deeper undertone as a black chitinous blade shot out of his arm and into the shoulder of Miss Loka. A black fluid oozed profusely from it, similar to the one that had speared through Noctis' leg back on the Thanatos ship.

"And I quit." Dian sighed, prompting the three Rhino Primes to quickly stomp in unison, freezing up all the syndicate members and Noctis before opening fire on Miss Loka and Noctis, the weapons firing flame treated rounds and quickly incinerating the bodies of Noctis and the former Miss Loka. Ruk had done a backwards roll and armed his cannon and opening fire on Miss Loak just to make sure. The second Meridian and the CEO got their bearings, they both clambered back and joined Ruk and Krill in opening fire on Noctis, which the Red Veil soldier, Dian and Kar'Vek joined in on, the 'locks' on their weapons having disappeared due to the same contrived reason that the Aetherians did. "Target is downed. Ruk, do the honours, please." One of the Rhinos, this one armoured in a Grineer Hanokar Prototype along with a Thrak helmet, said, backing off, but keeping his weapon trained on the mutant Tenno even as Ruk reduced it to ashes.
